SWOT Analysis

SWOT is an acronym. It stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. With problem-solving and research being a major part of professional B2B sales, SWOT is a tool that can be used in a pitch. This is a SWOT analysis for Chick-Fil-A. Below is both the analysis and the presentation we made to the class, acting as though we were presenting to Chick-Fil-A as consultants.

Critical Thinking

Looking back, I wanted to do a mini-SWOT analysis on how I help led this group project.

Strengths: Upon meeting together, time was not wasted, we got a lot done in a short amount of time.

Weaknesses: Some members of the group refused to do any work until the very last day, scheduling was a big issue for us

Opportunities: If I were to do this next time, I would interview a Chick-fil-A line worker to ask a subject-matter expert what needed changing.

Threats: Looking back, a big threat for us was making sure everyone showed up on time and dressed well. Next time I will ask people to meet a little sooner, just in case anything went wrong.
